【請求項1】一つのシャフト内に独立して走行する複数のかごを備えたワンシャフトマルチカーエレベータにおいて、時々刻々と変化する割り当て候補のかごの状態から計算される特徴量と、該特徴量の異なる組合せからなる特徴量ベクトルと、前記特徴量ベクトルと同じ次元数を持つ基点ベクトルと方向ベクトルで表される事例の集合である政策に基づいて呼びを前記複数のかごの何れかに割り当てる割当手段と、その政策について最適なものを構成するための学習手段とを備えたことを特徴とするワンシャフトマルチカーエレベータの運行制御システム。
