【請求項1】情報が入力される入力部(2)と,ランダム符号Eを発生するためのランダム符号発生器(3)と,ランダム符号化信号取得部(4)と,鍵情報Kiを用いて多値ランニング鍵Rを得るための多値ランニング鍵取得部(5)と,多値信号Sを得るための多値信号取得部(6)と,パルス位置変調器(7)とを有する,パルスポジション変調装置(1)であって, 前記ランダム符号発生器(3)は, 前記パルスポジション変調装置(1)内のクロック発生器により発生されるクロックと同期して前記ランダム符号Eを生成するものであり, 前記ランダム符号化信号取得部(4)は, 前記ランダム符号発生器(3)により発生された前記ランダム符号Eを用いて,前記入力部(2)から入力された情報を符号化し,ランダム符号化信号を取得するためのものであり, 前記多値信号取得部(6)は, 前記多値ランニング鍵取得部(5)により得られた多値ランニング鍵Rと前記ランダム符号化信号を用いて,多値信号Sを得るためのものであり, 前記パルス位置変調器(7)は, 前記多値信号Sに基づいてパルス位置変調信号を得るためのものであり, 前記パルス位置変調器(7)が発生するパルスは,隣接するパルス間の距離が受信機のジッタ時間よりも短い, パルスポジション変調装置。
