【課題】効果の高い放射線被ばく治療剤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の放射線被ばく治療剤は、抗体を除くトロンボポイエチン受容体作動薬を含有し、放射線被ばくによる障害臓器を再生する。トロンボポイエチン受容体作動薬としては、ロミプロスチム(romiplostim)が用いられる。ロミプロスチムは、1回の投与あたり、慢性免疫性血小板減少性紫斑病の治療の5倍〜50倍の用量で投与する。具体的には、被ばく後に、ロミプロスチムを、1回あたり10μg〜100μg/kgの用量で、1回/1日以上で3日以上、投与する。【選択図】図1
