Claim (excerpt)：
複数の固定長のシンボルからなる入力データ列に含まれた、連続する2以上のシンボルが登録されている場合、前記2以上のシンボルを1つのシンボルに変換する変換部と、 前記変換部で前記2以上のシンボルが1つのシンボルに変換された場合は、当該1つのシンボルを出力し、そうでない場合は、前記2以上のシンボルを出力する出力部と、 を含むデータ圧縮器。
