【請求項1】ティシエレラ エスピー(Tissierella sp.)、ウェイセラ キバリア(Weissella cibaria)、ペプトストレプトコッカス ストマティス(Peptostreptococcus stomatis)、カトニア バルネサエ(Catonia barnesae)、及びエンテロコッカス サイランディクス(Enterococcus thailandicus)からなる群から選択される1以上の腸内細菌の培養物を有機性廃棄物と接触させて、20〜40°C及びpH6.0〜9.0の嫌気的環境下で該有機性廃棄物に含まれる有機窒素化合物中の窒素をアンモニアに転換する有機窒素化合物分解工程を含む有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
