Overview：
Oryzabase is an integrated database that collects information and resources related to rice strains. This database provides following 7 contents; strain stock information, mutants information, chromosome maps, gene dictionary, reference list, fundamental knowledge of rice science and featured links. Users can search available strains from each link of 'Strains' category, and order seeds, plant bodies (only users in Japan) or DNA resources. Oryzabase will receive registration of newly identified rice genes and mutants.
