【課題】生体深部や測定領域の外側に骨組織が存在する場合でも安全に脂肪診断を行うことのできる脂肪診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】加温用の超音波照射と診断用の超音波照射とを兼用するプローブ2と、プローブ2を用いて加温前および加温後の測定領域から取得した超音波エコー信号に基づいて当該領域の超音波速度変化を算出する超音波速度変化解析部15とを備え、算出された超音波速度変化に基づいて脂肪診断を行う構成とする。【選択図】図1

加温用の超音波照射と診断用の超音波照射とを兼用するプローブと、 前記プローブを用いて加温前および加温後の測定領域から取得した超音波エコー信号に基づいて当該領域の超音波速度変化を算出する超音波速度変化解析部とを備え、 算出された前記超音波速度変化に基づいて脂肪診断を行う脂肪診断装置。
