【請求項1】人工多能性幹細胞(iPS細胞)のクローンを選別する方法であって、前記クローンから形成されたニューロスフェアにおいて、TRA2-49、SSEA-4、TRA2-54、TRA1-60、TRA1-81、Nanog、TDGF、Oct3/4、GDF3、FGF4、UTF1及びLin28からなる群より選択される未分化細胞特異的遺伝子のプロモーター活性が検出された細胞の含有率を測定する工程と、当該含有率が対照含有率と比較して同等またはそれより低いクローンを選択する選択工程と、を含む、方法。
