【請求項1】超音波送受信装置の設置角度を常に一定に保持するための超音波送受信ユニットであって、被測定流体に対して垂直方向に立てられる基準棒と、その基準棒の下端側に位置して前記基準棒の軸方向に対して直角に設けた支軸と、その支軸に対して回動可能に軸支される測定器固定体と、その測定器固定体に固定される超音波送受信装置と、その超音波送受信装置および前記測定器固定体に対する被測定流体による揺動を減少するように前記超音波送受信装置および前記測定器固定体を覆うカバー部材と、を備えた超音波送受信ユニット。
