【請求項1】 乳化重合スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム100質量部に対して有機酸を0〜3.5質量部含有する該乳化重合スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴムを含むゴム成分(A)、無機充填材(B)を含む充填材、シランカップリング剤(C)及びグアニジン類、スルフェンアミド類及びチアゾール類から選択される少なくとも一種の加硫促進剤(D)を含むゴム組成物の製造方法であって、該ゴム組成物を複数段階で混練し、混練の第一段階(X)で該ゴム成分(A)、該無機充填材(B)の全部又は一部、該シランカップリング剤(C)の全部又は一部及び該加硫促進剤(D)を加えて混練することを特徴とするゴム組成物の製造方法。
