【請求項1】レクチンWFA結合性糖タンパク質をがんマーカーとし、被検試料における該がんマーカーをインビトロで検出することによって肝内胆管がんを検出する肝内胆管がんの検出方法であって、被検試料における肝内胆管がんマーカーの存在の検出を、レクチンWFA、がんマーカーであるレクチンWFA結合性糖タンパク質、及び、レクチンWFA結合性糖タンパク質を認識し、そして結合する抗体を用いたサンドイッチ法により行うことを特徴とする肝内胆管がんの検出方法。
