【請求項1】複数回膜貫通タンパク質である標的抗原タンパク質を細胞表面上に発現した細胞であって、マイトマイシンCで処理した該細胞に、細胞表面に抗体を提示した細胞集団である抗体ライブラリーを接触させ、該標的抗原タンパク質を細胞表面上に発現した細胞を単離することにより、該標的抗原タンパク質と複合体を形成する抗体ライブラリーの構成物を分離する方法。
