Strongyloides Seropositivity in Cancer Patients

癌患者に顕微鏡検査およびリアルタイムPCRと比較した。抗ストロンギロイデス属IgGかつ/またはIgG4抗体に対する血清陽性は,6症例の全てで見られ,すなわち,2人はIgG陽性,2人はIgG4陽性および他の2人は両抗体に対し陽性であった。症例の半分は,軽度の非特異的な消化管症状および好酸球増加症を示した。多くの症例で,絶対好中球数は,血液および糞便採取時に正常値内であった。糞便顕微鏡検査およびリアルタイムPCRは全ての試料で陰性であった。結論:多くの固形腫瘍患者は,糞線虫症に対し血清陽性であることをおけるストロンギロイデス属血清陽性
