【請求項1】土壌と土壌固化材を含む、12月から2月の間の期間に最低気温が氷点下となる日が60日以上である地域の地表面の土舗装用の土壌固化物製造用組成物であって、上記土壌が、粒子径が75μm以上の土粒子を75〜88質量%の範囲の量及び粒子径が75μm未満の土粒子を25〜12質量%の範囲の量にて含む土壌であり、該土壌の含有量が、土壌固化材1質量部に対して3〜10質量部の範囲にあり、さらに上記組成物が土壌固化材1質量部に対して、0.1〜1.0質量部の範囲の量の天然繊維補強材を含むことを特徴とする組成物。
