【請求項1】鉄基粉末、合金用粉末、切削性改善用粉末および潤滑剤を混合してなる粉末冶金用混合粉であって、上記切削性改善用粉末が、カオリン粉末、マイカ粉末、アルカリ金属の硫酸塩粉末およびアルカリ土類金属の硫酸塩粉末のうちから選んだ少なくとも1種と、融点が1100°C以下である酸化物の粉末とを含み、該切削性改善用粉末の配合量が、上記鉄基粉末、上記合金用粉末および該切削性改善用粉末の合計量に対する質量%で、0.01〜1.0%の範囲である粉末冶金用混合粉。
