Overview:
KANPHOS is a database for proteins that related to kinase-associated phospho-signaling systems in neural cells. It provides information on proteins that are activated (or inhibited) by kinases in response to extracellular stimuli.
This database supports three search modes:
1) Search for substrates phosphorylated by a specific kinase.
2) Search for kinases that phosphorylate a specific substrate.
3) Search for kinases and their target substrates by a specific signaling pathway.
Registration is required for full access.
