Overview：
ViBrism Database is a 3D-map database of endogenous gene expression in a virtual whole mouse brain. The data are produced by an original mapping framework Transcriptome Tomography. It contains over 36, 000 expression maps of the adult mouse brain (C57BL6/J 8-wk male). Users can search with gene symbols ("Search by gene Name") or expression similarity ("Similarly Expressed gene Search"), and browse the data on 2D/3D expression maps. Data files of the maps are downloadable.
