PCoM is a database of protein complexes for photosynthetic organisms. This database stores the data obtained by LC-MS/MS analysis of the protein complexes after Blue-Native Page. Each part of chloroplast from Arabidopsis thaliana and whole cells of photosynthetic micro-organisms were used for the analysis.
