【請求項1】hsa-miR-34b、hsa-miR-205、hsa-miR-483、hsa-miR-125aおよびhsa-miR-486からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種のmiRNAについて、 サンプル中の発現量を定量するステップ、および HTLV-Iキャリアー由来の末梢血、末梢血単核球またはCD4陽性T細胞、あるいはそのモデルとしてのHTLV-I感染し不死化したCD4陽性T細胞培養株中の発現量に対する、前記サンプル中の発現量の比率が、0.5倍以下であるかどうかを判定するステップを有することを特徴とする、急性型ATLLの診断のためのデータ取得方法。
