【請求項1】 骨格構成元素としてTiとSiを有し、細孔径が5nm以上であり、SBA-15であるか、又は、メソ構造体構造(MCF)を有するチタン含有メソポーラスシリカからなるエステル交換触媒の存在下、油脂類とアルコールとのエステル交換反応により脂肪酸アルキルエステルを得るバイオディーゼル燃料の製造方法であって、 前記バイオディーゼル燃料の原料油が、1質量%〜10質量%の水分と前記油脂類として脂肪酸とを含み、 エステル交換中に前記原料油中の前記水分及び遊離脂肪酸を除去する工程を含まないことを特徴とするバイオディーゼル燃料の製造方法。
