【請求項1】 ペプチドとアルブミンとの複合体を含む血液試料と、Zn2+、Ca2+、Li+、Ba2+、Mg2+、Mn2+およびこれらの金属イオンの何れかを生じる金属化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含む試薬とを混合し、加熱処理することによりアルブミン自己会合体を形成させ、前記ペプチドを前記アルブミンから遊離させる工程と、 遊離した前記ペプチドを回収する工程と、 を含む、ペプチドの回収方法。
