【請求項1】 被検生細胞に対して、以下の(A)又は(B)のタンパク質からなるプローブを接触させる工程と、 前記被検生細胞への前記プローブの結合の有無を検出する工程と、 を含む細胞分化判定方法。 (A)配列番号1記載のアミノ酸配列を含み、かつ「Fucα1-2Galβ1-3GlcNAc」及び/又は「Fucα1-2Galβ1-3GalNAc」の糖鎖構造を認識するタンパク質。 (B)配列番号1記載のアミノ酸配列に対して90%以上の類似性を示すアミノ酸配列を含み、かつ「Fucα1-2Galβ1-3GlcNAc」及び/又は「Fucα1-2Galβ1-3GalNAc」の糖鎖構造を認識するタンパク質。
