【課題】生長速度を速め、生育期間を短縮可能な高麗人参の栽培方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】葉の少なくとも一部が枯れて休眠期に向う前の高麗人参又は休眠期に移行した高麗人参に対して、ジベレリン処理を行った後に、冷温処理を行うことことにより、発芽を強制的に促し、冷温処理時の温度が7〜10°Cに設定され、冷温処理の期間は、2週間〜1ヶ月であり、上記ジベレリン処理及び冷温処理を行って、生長を経た高麗人参に対して、該ジベレリン処理及び冷温処理を再度行うことにより、1年間に2回の生長期を設ける。【選択図】図1
