【請求項1】 グリセルアルデヒド由来終末糖化産物(AGE)を認識し結合するDNAアプタマーであって、ヌクレオチド間が部分的にホスホロチオエート化されている、以下の配列番号8、11及び13のいずれかに示される塩基配列[配列中、*はその部分のヌクレオチド間がホスホロチオエート化されていることを示す]からなる少なくとも35塩基からなり、35%以上のヌクレオチド間がホスホロチオエート化されており、アデニンの5’側及びチミンの5’側のヌクレオチド間のすべてがホスホロチオエート化されており、塩基中のシトシン含有率が少なくとも35%であるか、又は塩基中のグアニン含有率が少なくとも32%である、DNAアプタマー。
