Isobase is a database of functionally related orthologs, which are termed "isologs", developed from the multiple alignment of five major eukaryotic PPI networks, as computed by the global network alignment tools IsoRank and IsoRankN. Users can search high-confidence isologs between commonly studied organisms those are human, yeast, fly, worm, and mouse.
