Overview:
RegPhos is a database for kinases and their substrates. It provides the information that basic description for proteins, gene expression data in each type of cancers, gene name of substrates for kinases and phosphorylated sites in substrates. Users can search data by name of kinases or substrates, and explore phosphorylation network concerning protein-protein interaction, subcellular localization and metabolic pathways by a set of name of genes.
