【請求項1】 試料中の脂溶成分が抽出された抽出液を収容したセルを保持するセルホルダーと、 前記セルホルダーに保持されたセル中の抽出液に、ビタミンAに吸収されるビタミンA検出光を照射するビタミンA検出用LED光源と、 前記セル中の抽出液を透過した光を検出する検出器と、 前記セル中の抽出液に、ビタミンAを分解するビタミンA分解光を照射するビタミンA分解用LED光源と を備えることを特徴とするビタミンA測定装置。
