【請求項1】 化学成分組成が、質量%で、C:0.20〜0.30%、Si:1.0〜3.5%、Mn:4.5〜5.5%、Al:0.001〜0.080%、P:0.030%以下、S:0.020%以下、N:0.010%以下であって、残部がFe及び不可避不純物からなり、 平均ブロック粒径が幅5.0μm以下であるマルテンサイトからなる微細ミクロ組織を有し、TE(全伸び)が13〜15%であり、TS(最大応力)が1800〜2160MPaであることを特徴とする高強度鋼。
