Overview：
MCAW-DB is a database whereby users can view the multiple alignment analysis results obtained from the Multiple Carbohydrate Alignment with Weights (MCAW) tool.The database provides published analysis results of glycan array data from the Consortium for Functional Glycomics (CFG). Using MCAW-DB, the patterns of glycans found to bind to various GBP-glycan binding proteins are visualized.
