【請求項1】 故障救済用の予備資源が複数の光チャネル間で共有される光ネットワークであって、 前記予備資源として、光サブチャネルの信号を識別再生する光サブチャネル識別再生部を複数個備えたエラスティック再生中継装置を備え、 前記光ネットワークにおける現用の光チャネルに故障が発生した場合に、当該光チャネルの迂回経路上にある前記エラスティック再生中継装置において、当該光チャネルの伝送レートに対応する個数の光サブチャネル識別再生部により、当該光チャネルの信号の再生中継を行う ことを特徴とする光ネットワーク。
