【請求項1】 非解離性大動脈瘤の疾患活動性の判定を補助する方法であって、非解離性大動脈瘤を有する患者から分離された検体中のミオシン重鎖11レベルを測定することを含み、前記検体が血液、血清又は血漿であり、前記検体中のミオシン重鎖11レベルの上昇は、当該患者の非解離性大動脈瘤の疾患活動性が上昇している可能性があることの指標である、方法。
