【請求項1】 蒸気噴射システムであって、 昇華性固体を収容し、前記昇華性固体の昇華により生じる蒸気を排出する蒸気排出口を備える容器と、 前記蒸気を前記蒸気噴射システムの外部に噴射する開口を備える部材と、 前記蒸気排出口と前記開口との間の蒸気流路と、 前記蒸気流路に設けられ、前記昇華性固体の通過を阻止し、前記蒸気を通過させるためのフィルタと、 前記容器内部の圧力を測定する圧力センサ及び前記容器内部の温度を測定する第1の温度センサの少なくとも一方と、 前記蒸気流路の少なくとも一部を加熱するための第2のヒータと、 前記蒸気流路の温度を測定する第2の温度センサと、 を含み、 前記圧力センサ及び前記第1の温度センサの少なくとも一方、並びに前記第2の温度センサからのデータに基づいて、前記第2のヒータを加熱し、前記蒸気流路の温度を前記容器内部の温度以上とするように制御可能な蒸気噴射システム。
