Overview：
AWESOME is a comprehensive database to predict SNPs that may gain/loss protein post-translational modfication (PTM) sites. The PTM changes affected by SNPs were annotated by experimental data and prediction tools. Users can search SNPs, genes or position of interest, filter with specific modifications or prediction methods, to get a comprehensive PTM change induced by SNPs. AWESOME also supports a batch query and data download.
