Overview：
Cistrome DB is a portal site for public ChIP-seq and DNase-seq datasets. It provides a comprehensive knowledgebase of all of the publicly available ChIP-Seq and DNase-Seq data in mouse and human, which contains manually curated information for each ChIP-seq and DNase-seq data, analysis results processed with a uniform pipeline, and comprehensive quality control metrics for each dataset. It also provides functions to analysis and visualize these datasets.
