Overview：
OncoBase is an integrated database for annotating somatic mutations from more than 120 cancer projects. Data are collected from TCGA, ICGC, COSMIC and ClinVar.
It provides comprehensive annotation and prediction of regulatory somatic mutations. Each entry includes information about Mutation_Target_Pair, BioCircos_View, Regulatory_Elements, Regulatory_Network, TF_Binding, Motif_Break, Quantitative_Trait_Locus, Expression, and Co-Expression, etc.
