Overview：
Factorbook is a transcription factor (TF)-centric wiki-style repository of all ENCODE ChIP-seq datasets on TF-binding regions, as well as the rich analysis results of these data. That organizes all the information associated with each TF, including the ChIP-seq peaks, discovered motifs, TF-TF interactions, and the chromatin features (histone modification patterns, DNase I cleavage, and nucleosome positioning) around the ChIP-seq peaks. The main page displays an alphabetized matrix of TFs and cell lines. Clicking the TF name opens the individual page on the TF. Factorbook is planned to update whenever more ENCODE data are available.
