Overview：
RetroRules is a database of reaction rules for metabolic pathway. It provides a complete set of reaction rules, which were extracted from public databases and expressed in the community-standard SMARTS format, augmented by a rule representation at different levels of specificity (the atomic environment around the reaction center). Each record contains information such as EC Number, Penalty Score, Diameter, Direction, Has Stereo, Reaction rules, Related mono-component reaction(s), etc. Users can search records by EC number, reaction ID or substrate structure query.
