【課題】バイオリーチングにより難溶解性鉱物である硫砒銅鉱を浸出する方法を提供する。【解決手段】硫砒銅鉱を含む原料に活性炭を添加して、鉄酸化細菌によるバイオリーチングを行う。活性炭の添加量を、浸出液の酸化還元電位が標準水素電極に対して650〜700mVとなる期間が浸出期間中に含まれる量とする。バイオリーチングにより難溶解性鉱物である硫砒銅鉱を浸出できる。【選択図】図1
