Research overview：
パワーデバイスおよびLED用基板として期待されているGaN基板の結晶欠陥低減と大口径化を推進しています。Naフラックス法およびシードポイント法を用いて、100個/cm2の転位欠陥密度と6インチ径のGaN基板の作製に成功。Si基板と同等の品質を有する8インチ超GaN基板の低コスト作製技術の開発を目指します。
