Research overview：
近接場光学顕微鏡は、光を使った計測法としての利点はそのままに、回折限界を超える顕微イメージングが可能であり、広く用いられています。本研究では、近接場光学顕微鏡に量子もつれ合い光と量子測定器を組み込んだ「量子近接場光学顕微鏡」を開発、古典的な光では決して到達できない領域まで信号光検出感度を向上させ、新たな応用を切り開くことで、光を使ったナノイメージングにイノベーションをもたらします。
