Research overview：
センダイウイルス(SeV)ベクターは細胞質増殖型で非染色体組込型を特長とする、純国産RNA ウイルスベクターです。SeV ベクターを用いてヒトiPS 細胞を効率よく誘導し、「染色体が無傷の」外来因子フリーなiPS 細胞取得に成功しました。この技術を更に発展させるための検討と、適応細胞種の拡大、またSeV ベクターの有用細胞分化技術への応用をはかり、iPS 細胞の再生医療応用への加速化に貢献します。
