Research overview：
励起光の照射停止後に長く発光が残る蓄光を用いると、周囲に発光するものが存在しても標的のみを高いコントラストで検出することが可能です。しかし既存の蓄光材料は蓄光輝度が弱く、高い空間分解能が得られないという課題があります。本研究では、独自の分子設計によって高輝度の赤色長寿命室温りん光分子を開発し、蓄光材料は輝度が出ないという既成概念を破壊し、生体内での高解像イメージングの実現を目指します。
