Research overview：
近年、多くのニューロンデータの解明およびモデリングが進んでおり、計算機上のシミュレーションによってニューロンの作用や複数のニューロン間のインタラクションの分析が可能となってきています。ニューロンの数は大量かつニューロンの構造も複雑であることから、シミュレーションの高速化を実現する技術が必要です。そこで、ニューロンを空間データとして扱い、ニューロン間の関係を高速にマイニングする技術開発を目指します。
