Research overview：
本研究提案では、1細胞中に含まれる親水性代謝物から脂質に至るまでの全代謝物の網羅的な計測が可能となる、1細胞統合メタボローム解析システムを構築することを目標とします。本システムが開発できれば、これまで集団の平均として算出していた代謝物の細胞内濃度を1細胞解像度で取得可能となり、医学や生物学をはじめとして、様々な分野の基礎研究における革新的な研究ツールとなる可能性を秘めています。
