Research overview：
(研究目的)食品の衛生検査を現場で簡便にスクリーニングするキット(研究内容)食品の衛生検査においてATPの測定を迅速に行なうため、アデニル酸キナーゼとピルビル酸キナーゼの酵素による増幅反応と金属錯体による色素形成反応を巧みに組み合わせることで、ATPレベルを色の違いによって目で判定する
