Research overview：
現在、通信端末の高周波化・広帯域化が急速に進んでおり、従来の水晶発振器に代わるデバイスが強く望まれている。本研究では、マイクロ電気機械システム(MEMS)技術を利用したシリコン共振器とこれを使用した発振器の研究開発を行った。この成果をもとにUHF 帯(300MHz~3GHz)の小型・高性能のMEMS発振器の実現が期待される。
