Research overview：
本研究の目的は、独自のマイクロ・ナノマシニング技術により開発した独立振動可能なマルチチャンネル型水晶振動子の小型化、高性能化と、これを用いた生体物質、環境汚染物質などの特定を行う水晶振動子型分子認識チップシステムを創製することです。これらにより、高価な蛍光分子の修飾を必要としない医療用診断チップ、ナノスケールの物理化学現象による微弱信号の極限センシングなどが期待されます。
