Research overview：
ナノポアを利用した単一分子シークエンシングなどのセンシングデバイスの研究開発は、欧米を中心として世界的に注目されていますが、DNA分子がポアを一瞬で通過してしまうため、塩基配列を正確に読みとることが出来ませんでした。本研究ではまず、平面パッチクランプとプローブ顕微鏡を融合させたシステムを構築し、その応用の一つとして、DNAのポア通過をプローブ探針で制御し、単一分子シークエンシングを実現します。
