Research overview：
本研究では、がん細胞が誕生した時に、正常間質細胞がどのような挙動を示すのかを観察する。さらには、de novo発がんマウスを用いて、正常間質からがん間質へと遷移するいくつかのタイムポイントにおいて遺伝子発現解析を行い、同期性に揺らぎを示す遺伝子もしくは細胞群を同定し、がん臨界の本態を明らかにすることを目的とする。
