Research overview：
ユビキチンは基質タンパク質に結合してその機能を変換させる翻訳後修飾分子であり、分解のみならず多様なタンパク質機能を制御しています。本研究では、これまで明らかにしてきた酸化修飾を認識するユビキチン修飾系を中心に、広くユビキチン修飾系によるタンパク質機能変換機構の解析を進め、今後大幅な増加が予想されるユビキチン関連疾患の解明と治療法開発を推進します。
